QUALIFICATION: Degree with specialized professional qualifications including Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Social Welfare / Personnel Management / Social Sciences / Industrial Relations awarded by recognized University / Institutions recognized by Government (OR) MBA from Indian Institute of Management (OR) any other University recognized by Government with Specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations – (2 years course). Degree in Law is desirable.
