Scientific Officer 'E' - 01 post

Pay-Scale - PB-3 Rs. 15,600–39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-
Age Limit - 35 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification - Ph.D degree with minimum 60% marks in post graduation and graduation or equivalent grade in Chemistry. Minimum of 4 years experience in teaching / research / lab infrastructure development after PhD in an educational institution of national repute.

Laboratory Operator - 07 posts

Laboratory - Chemistry-03, Physics-01, Biology-03
Pay-Scale - PB-1, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-
Age Limit - 27 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics/Chemistry/Biology with at least 45% marks. Work experience of assisting faculties/researchers/students in a Chemistry/Physics/Biology laboratory in an educational institution of national repute.

Driver - 02 post

Pay-Scale - PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Age Limit - 27 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification - 10th Standard pass from a recognized school. Possession of a valid (LMV/HMV) Driving License. Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle). Experience of driving a motor vehicle/car for at least 3 years.
