Work experience requirements
- 7 – 10 yrs in software development. 2+ years leading projects across lifecycle with at least 7-10 member teams
- Should have excellent requirements management, project management, estimation and planning skills
- Should have development background (started as a developer)
- Should have very good customer management skills
- Should have very good inter personal, problem solving and presentation skills
- Should have good initiative/drive, flexibility and concern for excellence
- Should have good collaborative and team leadership skills
Technology requirements
- Technically sound on Microsoft Platform
- Well versed with estimation and planning methodologies
- Experience working with requirements management and planning tools
- Good with PowerPoint (nice to have)
