Qualification: Persons with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations from a recognized university or Institute or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering will have an added advantage. Knowledge of Telecom Sector is desirable.
