Consultant A	Rs.25,000 - 40,000  + Rs. 1500/- pm as  local conveyance	Graduation in Technical subject such as Engineering, Law, Computer Sciences, Diploma in Management etc./ Master Degree in other subjects.	Retired Under  Secretary or equivalent.
Consultant B	Rs.40,001 - 70,000   +  Rs. 3000/- pm as  local conveyance	Graduation in Technical subjects  such as Engineering, Law, Computer Sciences, Diploma in Management etc. / MBA / M.Phil./Phd with 5 year  experience.	Retired Deputy  Secretary /Director or  equivalent.
Consultant C	Rs.70,001 - 1,00,000  + Rs. 10,000/- pm as local conveyance	Graduation in Technical subjects  such as Engineering, Law, Computer  Sciences, Diploma in Management etc./MBA/M.Phil./Phd with 10 year  experience.	Retired Joint Secretary  or above.
