Air India Limited (A wholly owned Government Undertaking)
invites application from Indian Nationals for the post of
captains and Fire Officers.

                                                                       industry standards.

Medical Fitness: Must possess current and valid Class- I Medical Fitness Certificate issued by DGCA, Govt, of India at the time of application. (Candidates must have completed their last Medical / Renewal within preceding 6 months.)

Minimum Height Standard: Minimum height: - 152.5 cms. (Candidates are required to produce a certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner to this effect.)

Flying Experience: Captains - Minimum of 5000 hours of Airline Jet experience of which at least 2000 hrs. as PIC on Jet Aircraft . Minimum 500 hrs. as PIC on type (B777/B747/B737). First Officers - Minimum of 2500 hours of Airline Jet experience as P2 of which a minimum of 500 hrs as P2 on type (B777/B747/B737).

Application Fee: Rs.2500/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Air-India, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai, along with their application. (SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of this fee.)

Completed application should be forwarded to Executive Director operations, 2nd Floor, Operations Department, Air India, Old Airport, Kalina, Santa Cruz (East), Mumbai-400 029. Applications can also be submitted in the copies of enclosures by E-mail to directoroperations@airindia.in. The last date of acceptance of application is 23rd July, 2012.
